About 1st CRT Management Services

1st CRT Management Services is a Lagos-based education consultancy and event organiser connecting African families with global schools, colleges and universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Nigeria.

We specialise in study abroad placements, scholarships, online high school pathways, education events, school partnerships and education-sector recruitment. Our work sits at the intersection of Nigerian and diaspora families and international institutions—we understand both sides and translate expectations clearly.

For families, we provide honest guidance on destinations, budgets, age-appropriate pathways and curriculum choices (A-Levels, IB, BTEC, US High School Diploma, Foundation and more).

For schools and universities, we offer structured access to high-intent families, carefully curated Nigerian partner schools and a trusted local presence in Lagos.

Over the years, 1st CRT has grown from a small advisory practice into a full-service education partner, delivering:
  • Successful placements into leading schools, colleges and universities
  • Scholarship and bursary opportunities through our events and initiatives
  • Flagship events such as EduLink Africa, Education Expo Lagos and Empowering Future Leaders – London
  • Community engagement through platforms like “Education Today with 1st CRT”

We are driven by a simple belief: when information is clear, planning is realistic and support is consistent, African students can thrive anywhere in the world.

Mission

Our mission is to guide African families and students into the right education pathways—locally and globally—through honest advice, expert preparation and strategic partnerships with schools, universities and employers.

We exist to make study abroad and global education decisions clear, realistic and sustainable, so that every placement honours the child, the family and the institution.

Vision

Our vision is to be Africa’s most trusted bridge between families, education providers and opportunity—from Lagos to London and beyond.

We see a future where African students are confidently represented in top schools and universities worldwide, supported by strong local foundations, transparent partnerships and a network of education leaders who value excellence, integrity and impact.
